Tear Through East Clare 2016

Following the success of last year’s inaugural Tear Through East Clare cycle, it has been decided to hold the event again.  This years event will take place on Saturday September 17th and will offer a choice of three routes.
TTEC 2016
All routes will start and finish at the Kilkishen Cultural Centre.  The 90K route will take riders through Broadford, Bridgetown, Killaloe, Ogonnelloe, Tuamgraney Scariff, Caher and Tulla while the 40K route will take riders though Broadford and  Bodyke returning via Tulla.  This year sees the introduction of a family fun 10K cycle with further details on this event to be published in the coming weeks.

Funds raised from this cycle will support the fundraising efforts for the Kilkishen Cultural Centre.  The centre was part-funded by the LEADER programme, through the National Development Plan and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.  However, a debt of €27,000 remains and the committee are currently working to reduce this.
